Quinoa Dumplings is a Bolivian food recipe for steamed or baked dumplings.
Ingredients
  • quinoa flour
  • warm water
  • salt
Instructions
  1. Put the flour in a large bowl, add water until you have a kneadable dough and add a little salt. Knead for several minutes, then form into small dumplings.
  2. Put the dumplings in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 15-20 minutes or bake on a cookie sheet 10-15 minutes on low.
