Pork Fricassé is a Bolivian food recipe with hominy and chilies.
- Pork, cubed
- Chiles or hot sauce
- 12 Chuno or small peeled potatoes
- Stew large chunks of pork in a broth flavoured to taste with garlic, cumin, and chiles or a small amount of hot sauce until tender about 30 minutes.
- Boil potatoes.
- Heat hominy.
- Fill a large shallow soup bowl about half full with hominy. Add potatoes.
- Cover with broth and top with a large spoon of the cooked pork.
