Peas and Eggs

Peas and Eggs is a Bolivian food recipe baked in the oven.
- 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 10-oz. package frozen peas
- 4 eggs
- Melt butter in frying pan and sauté peas over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Carefully crack eggs on top of peas. Cover and steam until eggs are cooked, about 5 minutes.
- Gently transfer to serving dish or directly onto individual plates.
