Llajua

Llajua is a Bolivian food recipe of spicy sauce.
Ingredients
  • 5 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 green chili peppers, without seeds
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 5 arugula leaves
  • 1 tsp ground cumin (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients for a few seconds in a blender or food processor to get a very rough puree.
  2. Serve with anything.
